We're big fans of everything that our friends at Trefethen produce and also a fan of French Riesling's from Alsace. So decided to try this and love it. It's a perfect example of a crisp dry Riesling, unlike the sweeter German offerings.

Production area
Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, where Trefethen brought in grapes from each block as they reached ideal ripeness and have produced wines of truly exceptional quality

Description
Our Riesling captivates from the very first whiff of its fragrant nose of jasmine and orange blossom. Dry, but succulent, the apple, lime and guava flavors are balanced by bright, mouthwatering acidity and a refreshing minerality that animates the wine’s long, lively finish. Fresh and flavorful, the wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve varietal character.

Food Pairings
Pairs best with bright, fresh flavors. Fresh cilantro, 
lime juice and zest, raw fish, and jasmine rice play well with the floral notes of this wine. Winery Chef Chris Kennedy suggests pairing with butter-poached lobster, halibut crudo, or burrata crostini with avocado, cilantro, and lime .
